Yes: write to me directly, this kind of retouch is handled case by case, outside the packs.
02Can I pay in instalments?
The 50% deposit starts the project, the balance is due on delivery. No payment schedule beyond these two steps.
03How long until I get my pack?
The turnaround is given when you order and depends on the pack. Rush possible with a surcharge.
