Terms of sale.

These terms govern the graphic design services and packs offered by MDG Creative Studio (Mouhamed Al Amine Diawara), Kaolack, Senegal. Placing an order implies acceptance of them.
01 Services
MDG Creative Studio offers art direction, cover art, visual identity, motion design, editorial design, social content, merchandising and stage design, along with fixed-price packs detailed on the Pricing page.
02 Ordering & quotes
Every collaboration starts with a conversation (form, WhatsApp or email) leading to a quote or the choice of a pack. The order becomes firm once the client confirms in writing and pays the deposit.
03 Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in CFA francs (XOF), with an indicative dollar equivalent. Payment is made by Wave, Orange Money (Senegal), or PayPal and Western Union for international clients.

- A 50% deposit is required to start the project;
- The balance is paid on delivery, before the final high-resolution files are handed over;
- Pack prices are firm; any work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
04 Revisions
Each pack includes a set number of revisions (stated on the Pricing page). Beyond that, further changes are billed separately. One revision means a single consolidated round of feedback, not requests sent one at a time.
05 Timescales & delivery
Timescales are given when the order is placed and start once the deposit and the required material (brief, copy, content) have been received. Any delay by the client in supplying material pushes delivery back by the same amount. Final files are delivered as high-resolution PNG / JPG (and source files depending on the pack).
06 Usage rights
On full payment, the client receives usage rights to the final work for the agreed purpose (music release, communication, print). Working files and unused versions remain the property of MDG Creative Studio.
Unless the client objects explicitly, MDG Creative Studio reserves the right to show the finished work in its portfolio and on its social channels, for demonstration purposes.
07 Cancellation
If the client cancels after the project has started, the deposit is retained to cover the work already done. If cancellation comes after a first proposal has been delivered, the work completed may be billed pro rata.
08 Liability
The client warrants that they hold the rights to the material they supply (photographs, logos, names). MDG Creative Studio cannot be held liable for any unauthorised use of that material by the client.
09 Governing law
These terms are governed by Senegalese law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first, before any action before the competent courts of Kaolack.
