At MDG Creative Studio, privacy is taken seriously. This page explains, in plain terms, what data is collected, why, how long it is kept, and what your rights are. This processing complies with Senegalese law no. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data.
01 Data controller

02 Data collected
This site only collects data when you choose to contact us through one of the forms. No account, no advertising profiling.
When you fill in a form (project enquiry, pack booking), the following is collected:
- Your name or artist name;
- Your contact details (email, WhatsApp number, or Instagram);
- The project information you freely provide (type of work, message, indicative budget).
Two technical details are recorded with every submission: your IP address and your browser identifier (user-agent). They serve only to limit automated submissions — no more than five requests per hour per address — and are never used to identify or track you.
If you sign up for the Learning Center, only your email address is collected, so we can send you the modules.
03 Purpose & legal basis
This data is used solely to get back to you and to prepare a quote or start a project. The legal basis is your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form. It is never sold, rented, or used for advertising.
04 Processors & third-party tools
To operate, the site relies on a few trusted third-party services:
- Web3Forms
- Forwards form content to our inbox. The data passes through their servers for the time it takes to send. Web3Forms policy
- Supabase
- The database where requests received through the forms are stored, together with the technical details listed in section 02. Supabase policy
- Vercel
- Site hosting and anonymous audience measurement (Vercel Analytics, with no cookie and no identifying data). Vercel policy
- Google Fonts
- Loads the typefaces; may pass your IP address to Google. Google policy
When you click through to WhatsApp, Instagram, Behance, TikTok or Spotify, you leave this site and come under the privacy policy of the platform concerned.
05 Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no marketing tool. Audience measurement (Vercel Analytics) works without cookies: no identifying data is collected. Our host Vercel sets no tracking cookie.
06 Retention period
Messages received through the forms are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then for no more than 3 years after our last exchange, for follow-up purposes. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
07 Your rights
Under the law, you have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data. To exercise it, write to mdgdesign221@gmail.com. You may also refer the matter to Senegal's Personal Data Protection Commission (CDP): www.cdp.sn.
08 Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, protected by Vercel, with hardened security headers. Your exchanges are encrypted in transit.
